Tom works with firms across the public and private sectors, as well as advising not-for-profits and charities. An experienced Non-Executive Director, he runs regular critical thinking masterclasses for companies, universities, business schools and colleges, with a particular focus on skills and aptitudes for the 21st-century workplace. He has also designed multiple major online courses around critical thinking skills, and consults widely around the future of education and cognition in a digital age.
